This is by far the best hunting scope out there for the money. There is no other scope in its price class with better glass, wider magnification, side focus, and illuminated reticle. It's less money than a lot of scopes with half the features. I have 2 of these and will never buy any other model so long as these are around. You can use it on a bush gun with the low 4x magnification, or a magnum just as well because of the 20x high end. The 50mm objective gives great low light clarity, and the illuminated reticle has 6 drop points, not just 5, with off positions between each light level. You can get other scopes with slightly better clarity on the high end, but they're three times the price without the illumination. If you need a hunting scope, in my opinion these just can't be beat, both for value and features.
